About Aim Trainer

Aim Trainer is a classic method for assessing Hand-Eye Coordination and visual reaction speed. In daily life, whether driving, playing sports, or performing precise operations with a mouse, good hand-eye coordination is essential.

In this test, 30 targets will appear randomly on the screen one by one. Your task is to move your mouse (or finger) to the target and click it as quickly as possible. The system will record the time it takes for you to click each target and calculate your average reaction time (in milliseconds) after the test ends.

Reaction time depends not only on your muscle movement speed but also on the speed at which your visual system detects the target, your brain processes visual information, and issues movement commands. If you find your reaction time is slow, besides practicing more, also pay attention to whether visual fatigue or improper glasses prescription is causing slower visual information acquisition. Maintaining good eye habits and regular vision checks are equally important for maintaining agile reaction capabilities.
