Why Do Eye Exercises?
In the digital age, we stare at mobile and computer screens for long periods every day. The ciliary muscles of the eyes are in a state of tension for a long time, which can easily lead to visual fatigue, dry eye syndrome, and even accelerate the development of myopia.
Eye exercises are based on the theory of meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern optometry principles. Through regular massage of specific acupoints around the eyes (such as Tianying, Jingming, Sibai, Taiyang, etc.), it can effectively promote local blood circulation around the eyes, accelerate metabolism, and help eliminate metabolic waste.
At the same time, gentle pressure can relax tense eye muscles, relieve spasms of the ciliary muscle, thereby reducing eye soreness and dryness. Doing eye exercises every day can not only instantly relieve visual fatigue but also play a role in protecting vision and preventing eye diseases in the long run. Our guide program will help you master the correct rhythm and intensity through voice and animation.
