Step-by-Step Guide
Session 1
Locate the indentation at the inner end of your eyebrows. Use your thumbs to massage in a circular motion while resting other fingers on your forehead.
Session 2
Use your thumb and index finger to gently squeeze the inner corners of your eyes (near the nose bridge). Press rhythmically.
Session 3
Place index fingers on the cheekbones (about 1cm below pupils). Support your chin with thumbs and massage gently.
Session 4
Massage temples with thumbs. Bend index fingers and scrape the upper and lower eye orbits from inside out.
Session 5
Tilt your head slightly forward, place your index and middle fingers together, and press the depression under the occipital bone on the back of your neck.
