About Visual Memory Test

Visual Memory refers to the brain's ability to receive, process, store, and recall visual information. In daily life, whether remembering a face, navigating, or reading and learning, we rely heavily on visual memory.

In this test, you will see a grid of blocks. At the start of each level, several blocks will briefly flash white. Your task is to remember the positions of these blocks and click them all after they return to their original state. As the level increases, the grid size will gradually increase, and the number of blocks to remember will also increase.

The average person's short-term visual memory capacity is usually between 5 and 9 items (the famous "Magical Number 7±2"). By combining block positions into specific shapes or patterns (i.e., "chunking" strategy), you can remember more blocks. If you find your visual memory declining, besides practicing with such training, also pay attention to ensuring sufficient sleep and good vision status, as blurred vision directly affects the brain's acquisition of clear visual information, thereby affecting memory formation.
