Visual Search Test

Visual Search is the ability to find a specific target in a complex visual environment. This is one of the most common visual functions in our daily lives, such as finding a friend in a crowd, finding a specific product on a supermarket shelf, or quickly locating key information while reading.

This test requires you to quickly and accurately find the unique target item (e.g., the letter "O") among a large number of similar distractors (e.g., the letter "C"). As the level increases, the number of characters will increase, and the similarity between the distractors and the target item will also increase, which greatly tests your visual acuity and the speed at which your brain processes visual details.

Visual search ability depends not only on the clarity of the eyes but also on the brain's attention allocation and pattern recognition capabilities. Regular training of this kind helps improve reading speed, enhance concentration, and to some extent delay the decline of brain cognitive function. If you find it difficult during the test, in addition to visual fatigue, it may also be a sign of difficulty in concentrating. It is recommended to conduct the test in a well-lit environment and maintain good eye habits.
